Data Management Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Purpose

Impact4Sales manages personal and business data to operate its website, sell digital products, provide course access, support customers, protect the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

Data categories
  • Customer, account, order, and billing data.
  • Course access, download, and learning platform data.
  • Contact form and support communication data.
  • Technical, security, analytics, and anti-spam data.
Data handling principles
  • Collect only data needed for a clear business, contractual, security, analytics, or legal purpose.
  • Keep access limited to the operator and necessary technical or professional service providers.
  • Use payment providers for payment data rather than storing full payment credentials on the website.
  • Delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required, unless legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution reasons require retention.
Systems and providers

The website may use WordPress, WooCommerce, Tutor LMS, PayPal or other payment providers, Google Site Kit, Google Analytics, Search Console, hosting infrastructure, email tools, security plugins, spam protection, backup tools, and related technical services. These providers may process data according to their own terms and privacy documentation.

Swiss operation, international customers

Impact4Sales is operated from Switzerland and sells internationally. Data handling must therefore support Swiss legal requirements and, where applicable, customer-side rules such as GDPR-related rights for European users.

Security and access control

Administrative access should be limited, protected with strong credentials, and reviewed regularly. Test accounts, spam accounts, inactive users, and unnecessary plugins should be cleaned up as part of regular platform maintenance.

Review cycle

This policy should be reviewed when the website stack, payment setup, analytics setup, legal pages, course platform, or data collection practices change.
