Cancellation and Refunds

Digital products

Impact4Sales sells digital products, including online training access, downloadable PDFs, diagnostic resources, and eBooks. These products can often be accessed immediately after successful payment.

Refund position

Because digital content can be accessed, viewed, or downloaded immediately, refunds are generally not available after access has started or files have been downloaded, unless mandatory consumer protection law grants a non-waivable right or Impact4Sales confirms an exception in writing.

Before access starts

If you purchased a digital product by mistake and have not accessed the course, viewed the paid material, or downloaded the files, contact Impact4Sales as soon as possible through the contact form. Impact4Sales may review the request and decide whether a refund is appropriate.

Technical access problems

If payment was successful but access did not work, Impact4Sales will first try to restore access, resend access instructions, or correct the account issue. A refund is not the first remedy when the issue can be solved technically.

Corporate or classroom training

Refunds, cancellations, postponements, and no-show rules for corporate training, pitch sprints, workshops, or advisory services are governed by the specific written offer or agreement for that service.
