I’m Richard, founder of Impact4Sales. Thanks for taking a moment to get to know us. Since starting my consulting business in 2004, I’ve experienced the highs and lows of B2B sales firsthand. I’ve seen how often businesses overlook one crucial truth: sales is the only department that directly drives profit—yet it’s frequently under-supported, undertrained, and misunderstood.
Many salespeople are pressured to push products rather than connect with buyers. They lack mentorship, training, and the tools to truly succeed. Sales is not just about persuasion—it’s a people-centered soft skill that requires empathy, discipline, and strategic thinking. But unlike technical subjects, it’s rarely taught well.
That’s why I built Impact4Sales—to close that gap. Our mission is to give every salesperson the knowledge, tools, and confidence to excel in their role, no matter the product, company, or industry.
My own passion lies in serving others and in leading through empathy and awareness. With a background in engineering, economics, psychology, and leadership development, I’ve created this program to give sales teams the training they’ve always needed—but rarely received.
