Description

With Module 1 we lay the foundation for effective selling. The five lessons cover basic communication skills and raise your awareness on how to optimize the role you play as person in a sales conversation. The learnings target your understanding about how you can make an impact, what to do and what to avoid. With the lesson 5 “Responding to change” you learn in detail how you can conduct a discussion to wrap your business partner in a positive mindset by the way you are responding to challenges.
