Lessons 10 – 16
Module 3 turns the Impact4Sales method into practical sales process training and shows how each step of the 7-step sales process connects in real buyer conversations. The seven steps are contact, atmosphere, requirements, positioning, objections, agreement and closure. They are not a rigid script, but a practical orientation system for professional sales conversations. Some deals move quickly; others take days, weeks or months. The process helps you understand where you are, what the buyer needs next and which behaviour is most useful at that stage. Contact opens the door, atmosphere reduces friction, requirements reveal what matters, positioning connects your offer to the buyer’s situation, objections show remaining risk, agreement confirms the common ground and closure turns progress into a clear next step. The strength of the process is its sequence. Each step prepares the next one, and each step gives you a chance to build trust instead of forcing momentum. This makes the process useful for B2B and B2C, because decisions are always made by people. It keeps the conversation practical, human and focused on progress. Module 3 includes the eBook “The Polar Ice Seller” and also two downloadable PDF handouts that can be used as practical guidelines and worksheets for your own real business cases.
Choose this module if you want a structured process for preparing, guiding, and improving your real sales conversations.
